3. All packages are exclusive of any food charges, unless otherwise mentioned in prices heading, only executive packages are inclusive of Breakfast only, Daily Newspaper, A bottle of mineral water daily per person.

4. Whenever viable star accommodation shall be provided in executive packages.

5. Vehicle shall be A.C in Executive packages.

6. Group packages transportation will be by standard Non-A.C mini/large coach.

7. Rates are for domestic tourist only; international tourists have to pay additional 15%, for their Permits and special arrangement of guides/Translators.(Rates May change)

8. Check in / checkout 1200 hrs. Early check in / extended check out is subject to availability.

9. Hrishikesh Travels -shall not be held responsible or liable for any services that are offered by the hotels, suppliers or ground handlers and are not within the control of Hrishikesh Travels.

10. Rooms are subject to availability,at the time of booking and will be intimated to clients.

Package Includes:

Accommodation on twin/family sharing basis, meals as per the Plan, transfers, transportation & sightseeing as per itinerary and taxes, Inner � Line permits, On treks, tents with sleeping mats, kitchen, dining and toilet facilities, animals and porters to carry up to 25 kg of personal baggage per person. All taxes and trek permits, and Trek Manager and guide.

Prices do not include:

Extra meals/Snacks, Any extra trip/visit on extra cost at per actual and to be paid by client on the spot. Bar charges, PAP CHARGES.Mineral Water, Camera fees, Any Insurance Cover, Expenses arising out of sudden extension of the tour due to natural calamities or political strike & any expenses of personal nature such as tips, drinks etc. International and Domestic flight tickets. Services of guides.

� Expenses of personal nature, such as Alcoholic drinks, Mineral Water, Soda, communications, tips, laundry, medical expenses, etc

� Extra meals e.g- Snacks etc. when ordered, airport taxes, travel insurance and optional excursions.

� On treks: trekking boots and clothing

� Services of tour escort/ Guide

� N.B-There will no entertainment for request to refund or other arrangement � of the amount for the meals/tea which is not consumed as per package.

N.B- You are, / Party is, / Agency is, / company is - agreeing to our total terms & condition by depositing the advance to us for agreed/ proposed tour / Packages/ Rental Service and other hospitality related services offered by us .

� A fax confirming our Terms shall be taken as an agreement for the places outside Kamrup Metro, Assam.

� Payment receipt shall be faxed or scanned for the party/individual/company, to be sent immediately after realizing the amount.

Terms for Bookings & Payments

Cancellations/ Refund Policy-

Notice for cancellations must be sent in writing/e-mail/Fax, Refunds are made as follows:-

� 10 % of booking advance is not refundable, which is towards our administrative cost for bookings made for vehicles, Hotels etc.

In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons � we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For Indian Residents, a service fee of Rs. 500 /- will be charged for all bookings cancelled or amended after confirmation, over and above the supplier cancellation charges if and as applicable. *Cancellations received less than 10 days but more than 5 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee. + All non refundable deposits if any paid to any Hotel/Agent/Carrier. Cancellations received less than 5 days but more than 3 days prior to Arrival -75% cancellation. + All non refundable deposits if any paid to any Hotel/Agent/Carrier. Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival - No refund.

� 50 % tour deposit must accompany all bookings. Balance payment must be settled prior to start of tour in full, without exception if otherwise, Hrishikesh Travels, Guwahati, is not responsible for any cancellation of services due to non-payment.

� Mode and Method of payment will be indicated on the form of bookings.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e. hotels/transporters etc. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.

**Decisions made by Hrishikesh Travels, Guwahati, Assam shall be final, and in full force in these regards.

Assumption of risk and liability

� Travelling in the North east and Himalayas can sometimes be risky. In event of illness, accidents, flight cancellation or delay caused by occurrences beyond control, Hrishikesh Travels, Guwahati and its associates and agents shall not be responsible or liable for damage whatsoever.

� Hrishikesh Travels, Guwahati, further reserve the right to change, alter or cancel a trip when considered necessary, to ensure the safety, or due to unforeseen factors beyond control.

� We provide no insurance cover. Please get full insurance cover in country of origin or place.

Prices will be quoted on request for specific itinerary. See the including and excluding in the final confirmation e-mail / Letter from us, and that shall be final, and any cost incurred thereafter for any package modification is to be borne by the party/Individual/company.

All trips are deemed to be commencing and terminating at locations indicated below as per trip planned:-

� Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Rail station: for Kalimpong, Darjeeling and Sikkim

� Guwahati, Dibrugarh Airport/ Rail Station: For North East except Sikkim.

Restricted Area Permit (RAP): The states of Arunachal, Nagaland, Manipur, Sikkim and Mizoram are restricted areas for foreigners. To visit these states they require the Restricted Area Permit (RAP) which we will take care of. The permit is valid for a maximum period of 10 days and to be eligible for the same a group should consist of minimum no. of 04 persons. However, Nagaland allows married couple to enter in twos. Also, in case of Arunachal, even if you are single or any no. less than 04 and you want to stay more than 10 days, we shall make a special provision for your tour.

Individual foreigner visiting Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Sikkim and Mizoram, require Restricted / Protected Area Permit (R.A.P) from the Ministry of Home Affairs,

Group tourists consisting of at least 4 (four) members can obtain the R.A.P , but MHA can issue to individuals too. FRRO/FRO/CHIO can issue these permits (for certain areas) only for groups of 4 or more foreigners.

Inner Line Permit- ILP required in Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland,

Who requires ILP

Domestic Tourist who wants to enter Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, and Nagaland.Temporary ILP: 15 days at a time, this can be extended to another 15 days / one month in exceptional cases.Normal ILP: 6 months which can be extended for another 6 months.

General Terms and Condition-

Hrishikesh Travels is a Travel & Package Tour organizer only. It does not own or operate or control any transport company, airline, coach or coach company, hotel etc. It takes care in putting all these ingredients in your packages, but since it has no control in their operation, it cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death which may be caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, transport company, coach owner/operator etc.

Until the company receives the appropriate deposit, there is no contract between the company & the client. The full payment must be received according to the procedures laid down under payment terms.

1. The company reserves the right to terminate the contract after acceptance of deposit at any time and for any reason but prior to the commencement of the tour without assigning any reason whatsoever. In such an event the company shall refund the amount of the deposit to the client without payment of any interest.

2. The company reserves the right to terminate the contract midway if any misbehaving/ Physical assault occurs to our personnel during tours and trips, who may accompany the troop as guides or facilitator.

3. The company reserves the right to terminate the contract midway if any immoral/ antisocial /antinational orders being given or issued to our personnel during tours and trips, who may accompany the troop as guides or facilitator.

4. The company reserves the right to terminate the contract anytime if any of the group members or individual is found to be committing any immoral/ antisocial /antinational/illegal act not conforming to the laws of a civilized society, and company shall respond appropriately.

5. The company shall not be held responsible for any act of suicide/ homicide/antisocial/ antinational activity by the group or individual agreeing to our tours, anywhere, anytime during the time of the tour. Company shall notify local police station or may take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents as far as possible.

6. The company will take every care for the safety & comfort of the clients, but the company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for

7. Any personal injury, sickness, death, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses or any misadventure howsoever caused.

8. Any act of omission, default of independent supplier who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities service for the client howsoever caused.

9. The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or any other personal objects howsoever caused.

10. Claims, disputes of any nature relating to the tours marketed by Hrishikesh Travels, Guwahati, Assam will be settled in the Jurisdiction of Guwahati Courts alone.

11. Each of these conditions shall be separable from the other & if any provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force & effect.
